PAYMENTS POLICY

We, at Fairy Glen, accept payment only by Online Transfer or Cheques deposited to the following account

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Check-in Time: 12:00PM

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Please note that confirmed dates can be altered only if intimation in writing has been received by the company 7 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Guests can cancel their reservation 10 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a fee and get full refund.
  • Cancellations made 4-9 days prior to Check-in date will be charged 50% of your Booking Amount.
  • Cancellations made 1-3 days prior to Check-in date will be charged 90% of your Booking Amount.
  • In case there is a lockdown, inter-state travel restrictions, we can refund the full advance payment or adjust it against your future booking if you want.
  • If one of the guests travelling with you tests positive then with prior notice; we can adjust it against your future booking for next 3 months from check in date.
  • We will need names of all the guests in your group before making advance payment.

Note: It may take up to 30 Working Days to process refunds.

Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the time of check-in. Please bring along with you the same identity proof of the information you have entered at the time of booking, for verification purposes. Spelling mismatches could mean that Fairy Glen could deny the booking.
