Experience at Fairy Glen I went with family for a short trip to Coonur and had a pleasant stay at Fairy glen . The cottage is amazing ,we had 2 bedrooms , a living cum dining area and a small kitchen , very clean and well maintained by the staff who reside in that vicinity itself.The staff are polite and respectful and immediately respond to our needs if required. We had home cooked food in the night and breakfast the next day , which we had informed them earlier and it was so yummy and just the correct amount for us .Special mention of Mr Nivas , their manager , a very polite person , very efficient in his work . Also our sincere thanks to Ms Regina and Ms Fathima for the sumptuous food and hospitality. Overall had an amazing experience would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to enjoy themselves in Coonur.Posted on Tripadvisor
Vaishnavi Nayel TalawadekarA Magical Stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated all the personalised touches, including the incredible homecooked meals. The place was spotless and the condition and quality of the bedding and towels rivalled any five star hotel. As connoisseurs of heritage architecture, we also found the property absolutely enchanting. The host, Uzma, doesnt live on the property but was ever responsive and went out of her way to ensure that we we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. She was also full of recommendations on local hotspots, restaurants and activities and regularly called and checked in on us. A special mention of the manager Nivas, the cook Regina and the wonderful helper Fathima, who took it upon themselves to provide the most personalised service and heartwarming homecooked meals. Meander24570255740Exceptional Hospitality in a Beautiful Setting We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom villa in Coonoor, hosted by Uzma Ma’am. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly warm and professional team. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to accommodate any requests we had. The villa itself is beautiful — a quaint colonial-style 2-bedroom home surrounded by lush greenery. It has such a peaceful and charming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The home-style food was absolutely amazing. The team was very accommodating with our requests and made sure everything was prepared and served promptly. A special mention to Uzma Ma’am, who was in touch with us throughout our stay and made sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay. We truly enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the beautiful surroundings, and the warmth of the entire team. Would definitely love to visit again!Posted on Tripadvisor
Journey50202008951Heritage style colonial homestay Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property in Coonoor! The property has a wonderful old-world charm, with beautiful vintage interiors, while still offering all the modern amenities you could need. It has 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms which can comfortably accommodates 4 adults and is very well maintained. There’s wifi, study table, fully equipped kitchen with a water purifier, fridge and microwave, room heater, iron and ironing stand.. pretty much everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the peaceful garden and the beautiful views of the Nilgiri landscape and surrounding tea plantations. It’s such a lovely place to slow down and relax. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can b ordered in advance. We had the biryani (which is their family recipe) and it was delicious! They also offer laundry service at a very reasonable price, which is a nice added convenience. The location is another plus... its ~1 km from Coonoor town centre, and places like Hopscotch, Third Wave Coffee, Moddy’s, along with several cafés and shops, are all within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful time here and would happily stay again. A lovely property if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Coonoor while still being close to town.Posted on Tripadvisor

The villa was really cosy and styled asthetically. There’s a besutiful garden to spend quiet and peaceful time. The hospitality was impeccable - from the moment we checked in till we left, the staff and manager were available always and always helped us and catered to our requests. The food was delicious - we had our dietary requirements and they were fullfilled to the T.
