These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.fairyglen.co.in and any booking, stay, dining, or experience offered by
Fairy Glen (“Fairy Glen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 56, Spring Glen, Hatherly Road, Coonoor, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India – 643101. By accessing
our website or making a reservation, you (“Guest”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Booking” means a confirmed reservation for accommodation, dining, or an experience at Fairy Glen.
“Property” means the bungalow, grounds, and all facilities operated by Fairy Glen in Coonoor.
“Guest” means the person who makes a Booking and all persons in their party.
“Stay period” means the dates from check-in to check-out stated in your Booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & Reservations

A Booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us (by email or the booking platform) and the required payment has been received.
The lead Guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all members of the party.
The Property is offered as an entire bungalow; the maximum occupancy is 6 (4 adults + 2 kids) guests. Additional guests are not permitted without our prior written consent and may incur extra charges.
You must provide accurate details at the time of Booking, including the number of guests and a valid government-issued photo ID for each adult, to be produced at check-in as required under Indian law.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, as prescribed by law.
For reservations, the full amount must be paid in advance.
We accept payment by [bank transfer / UPI / card / online gateway]. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Rates may change without notice, but confirmed Bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to uzma@prestigeconstructions.com
The following applies to the amount paid:

7 days or more before check-in: Receive a full refund (100%).
3-6 days before check-in: Receive a 50% refund.
Within 3 days of check-in: No refund will be provided.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Any payment-gateway or transaction charges are
non-refundable.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from [12:00 PM]. Check-out: by [12:00 PM].
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional charge.
All adult guests must present valid photo identification at check-in.

6. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the Property, its furnishings, and the surrounding natural environment and neighbours.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not permitted. Parties or events require prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for the safety of children and any vulnerable persons in their party at all times, including around stairs, water features, and open grounds.
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Property.

7. Dining & Experiences

A complimentary continental breakfast is included with your stay.
Dining and experiences may be included in your package or offered at an additional charge, as stated at the time of Booking.
Meals and experiences are subject to availability, weather, and prior notice. We request that dietary requirements be shared in advance.
Certain experiences may involve outdoor activity and inherent risk; Guests participate at their own discretion and are responsible for assessing their own fitness and suitability.

8. Damage & Security Deposit

Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the Property or its contents
caused during the Stay period, beyond reasonable wear and tear. We reserve
the right to recover the cost of repair or replacement from the security
deposit or directly from the Guest.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairy Glen is not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or personal belongings during the stay, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or amend a Booking. Where we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer alternative dates or a
full refund of amounts paid. We are not liable for consequential costs such as travel arrangements.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, extreme weather, landslides, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, or civil disruption.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during Booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Fairy Glen and may not be reproduced without our written
permission.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any matter arising out of or in connection with them or your stay at Fairy Glen, shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India. The competent courts in the Nilgiris District, Tamil Nadu, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your Booking applies to that Booking.
